What are the user roles in LuxeXchange 2.0?

When a member is signed up for LuxeXchange, they are assigned to one of the three user roles: 
  • Brokerage Admin: have access to everything that LuxeXchange offers and may upload and edit listings for their entire company. They also have the ability to view all listings, associates, and clients for the entire company account. 
  • Brokerage Office Admin: may upload and edit properties within their assigned office, in addition to viewing and maintaining the associates and clients associated with that specific office. 
  • Agents: may view or edit only their own listings, based on your selected Company Preferences. They are able to view and maintain only their own client information.
