There are 7 web statuses that your listing may fall under:
Published - Approved: Your listing has gone through our QA process. Your listing meets all criteria to be posted to Luxuryportfolio.com.
Published: Your listing has been added to Luxuryportfolio.com, but it has not been reviewed by our QA team to ensure the listing meets Luxury Portfolio's listing requirements.
Needs Attention: When listings are sent through the data feed, the system will mark listings with this status if there are mandatory listing requirements missing.
Draft: A listing has been manually created, but all information has not been entered completely. Agents are able to save their progress and return to the listing when ready to complete. Agent must switch the listing from draft to published.
Declined: The listing has been reviewed by the LPI QA team and has been found that it does not meet the qualifications of an LPI listing.
Do Not Display: The listing is pending or closed and will be removed from luxuryportfolio.com.
Off-Market: The listing is no longer available
