Ordering an ad for an agent is very simple. You no longer need to impersonate an agent to order for them. You will follow the steps as you would order for yourself only you will enter the agent's listing and contact information during the checkout process.
- Select “Advertising Toolbox”
- Select the advertisement you would like to purchase. Select the Ad size and Add to Cart
- Once shopping is complete, review your cart and select Next: Select Properties
- Select the property you would like to create the ad for. You can use the property search to locate the correct listing. Click on “ad placement” and select the ad you requested
5. Select “Next: Checkout”
6. At order checkout, fill in the required information. (You can use your information or the agent’s information that you are purchasing on behalf of. If you are using your information, you can add the agent’s information in the sections a. “Email for order receipt” and/or b. “Additional Email to receive ad proof” and the agent will receive the receipt and be able to view the proof

- A. Because you’ve ordered the ad under your account, you can visit your order history to view any information regarding the order.
- B. Agent whose email address is entered will also be notified when the ad proof is available and will be able to view the ad
7. Select Pay & Place order.
8. As an alternative option to add the agent you’re ordering on behalf of, after successful payment, visit the “Ads in Progress” tab at the top of your screen.
9. Find the ad you ordered and select the chat bubble under “Chat”.
10. Add the agent to the chat by selecting “Add Viewer”
11. Add the agent’s email address and select Add. This will allow the agent to be apart of the proof chat with the ad agent
*visit your order history to resend the order confirmation or to download the receipt for the order
