If your listing is being sent via a data feed, any updates will automatically be reflected on luxuryportfolio.com within 24 hours.
The two exceptions to this are photo replacements, which are collected every 5 days, and property descriptions, which must be reviewed and approved by a member of our team before being updated on the site.
Depending on your company preferences, manual enhancements may be made through your LuxeXchange account, but please keep in mind that this will prevent future automatic updates in the feed for the field that is being edited.
If your listing was manually uploaded by a company administrator, you may be able to make edits through your LuxeXchange account (depending on the company preferences) by logging in and clicking on My Properties from the homepage navigation bar.
Find the listing to be edited and select the edit button.
If you do not see any editable fields under the listing profile, please contact one of your company administrators to assist with edits.
If you are able to edit, be sure to save any changes made.
