How can I use Luxury Portfolio to market a new high end development or community?

Luxury developments that are exclusively represented by LPI members may take advantage of a targeted marketing package offered in conjunction with LeadingRE’s IPMP (International Project Marketing Program). The suite of benefits includes one year of exposure on the destinations.leadingre.com site along with several other opportunities for targeted exposure.

 

Please note that a representation of individual development units may be showcased on luxuryportfolio.com via your brokerage membership, so long as they meet our standard listing criteria. Units displayed on the LPI website are eligible for all standard syndication, digital and print advertising opportunities.

 

In order to qualify for this marketing package, a development must meet the following criteria:

 

  • At least 20% of the project’s units must be priced at $1M USD+ (or 20% above your company’s LPI luxury threshold if that differs from $1M USD).
  • Development sales must be exclusively represented by a LPI member. Projects represented by a non-exclusive marketing agreement are not eligible.
