Non-MLS, pocket and exempt listings can certainly be showcased on LuxuryPortfolio.com so long as they meet our standard listing criteria. Because it is a pocket listing, someone at your company with Admin access to LuxeXchange will need to upload the listing manually into our system and create/assign it a unique ID number to enter in the "MLS #" field in Property Maintenance. We recommend using a combination of your company name/initials and numbers to ensure the ID# is unique (i.e. for a ABC Realty listing: ABCR0001).
To upload pocket listing:
- Go to the Property Maintenance page in LuxeXchange
- Select "Add New Property"
- Enter required information (the listing status will become "Ready For QA" and await review by a member of our team before going live)
Two important things to note when manually entering the data:
- Price must be entered without any symbols (ex. $1,000,000 must be entered as 1000000)
- The main list agent must be entered as both List Agent and Co-List 1. If there is a co-listing agent, they should be assigned as Co-List 2
Any edits, changes to status or price changes to the property that occur in the future will need to be made manually in our system via the Property Maintenance tab.
Please note: LuxuryPortfolio.com is a public facing site. If you are in the U.S. and your MLS is part of the NAR, please ensure you are following the rules of Clear Cooperation seen here: https://www.texasrealestate.com/members/legal-and-ethics/hot-topics/mls-clear-cooperation-policy/
