The contact information displayed on your company's listings can be edited in the 'Company Preferences' section of LuxeXchange (visible only to Company Administrators). The contact information is set universally by administrators at the company level, so all changes made in this section will apply to all of your company's listings on LuxuryPortfolio.com.
Please note that the Agent Phone and Email must be added in “Associate Maintenance” in order to display information, send communications or leads.
Under Company Preferences, administrators can choose to display agents and offices with listings, where to send leads, what agents are allowed to access in LuxeXchange, and what information with display with listings on LuxuryPortfolio.com.
