To order a LuxeIntroduction Letter, log into LuxeXchange and go to Marketing Toolbox in your left navigation menu.
Find the product "LuxeIntroduction Letter" and select "view product"
Enter the required information. You have three letter options:
1. Potential Seller/Considering Listing
2. Potential Buyer
3. Seller/Recently Listed
4. Sample Letter
You can view a sample of each letter type by selecting the letter type and selecting "See Low-Res Proof"
After filling in the required information, Select "Next Step."
Enter your delivery preference. If you are sending via email you will need to enter an email address in order for the letter to be sent. Mailed letters will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Select "Proof" to view your final product and "add to cart."
* Emailed LuxeIntroduction Letters only: Letters will automatically be sent to recipients once checkout is complete. Delivery mailing addresses provided in the checkout process will not apply to emailed letter requests.
Every Luxury Portfolio International® member agent receives 25 complimentary LuxeIntroduction™ endorsement letters from Luxury Portfolio’s President that can be mailed or emailed to top clients each year. Additional letters can be purchased for $1.00 each. Once your count of complimentary letters has been reached, the charge will show at checkout. Once you have completed checkout, the letters will be sent.
