If a listing was added to and approved for exposure on Luxury Portfolio and then price reduced below $999,900 (or your company's luxury threshold), it may remain on the website. Luxury Portfolio will allow price reduced listings to remain on the website until they have been reduced by up to 30%.*
If you cannot locate your listing on LuxuryPortfolio.com post-price reduction, please contact your company's Luxury Portfolio administrator for assistance.
*Please note that in instances where the reduced list price is drastically lower than the luxury threshold, listings will be subject to removal by the Luxury Portfolio team.
