How can I set up a manager who oversees multiple offices in LuxeXchange?

In order for an admin to manage the agents and listings for multiple offices, they would first need to log in to LuxeXchange and have their initial user account set up. 

 

After a user has their login, a Luxury Portfolio Administrator would need to grant them access to LuxeXchange as an Office Admin. Typically, a Brokerage Administrator could contact support@luxuryportfolio.com to set up the Office Admin account access.

 

Once the user has been set up as an Office Admin, their access can be provided on the Luxury Portfolio end or the user can accomplish this themselves by logging in to their new Office Admin account and choosing their office(s) from the 'Select an office' dropdown on the right hand side of their LuxeXchange homepage.
