Marketing Toolbox orders are fulfilled based on the type of specific order. The below outlines the fulfillment process for each type of order:
- Magazine gift subscriptions: Once an order is placed, Luxury Portfolio magazine gift subscription orders are fulfilled on a rolling basis on the first of each month. For example, if you ordered a Luxury Portfolio magazine gift subscription on February 16 it would be processed on March 1. Each 1-year subscription includes 2 issues of Luxury Portfolio. Galerie magazine subscription fulfillment schedules are found in the Marketing Toolbox within the product description.
- LuxeIntroduction Letters: Emailed LuxeIntroduction Letters are deployed immediately upon checkout in the Marketing Toolbox. Mailed letters are sent through USPS mail and typically take 2-7 business days to mail.
- Print-On-Demand products including listing presentations, customized flyer, brochures, stickers, and postcards: Customized print products are shipped out within 7 days of ordering. In terms of shipping, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping are available. **Overnight shipping orders placed by 11:30 am CST on business days will be processed/shipped on the same day. Overnight shipping is not available for orders placed on Fridays.
- All other non-custom products including Brand Brochures, LPI Tumblers, LPI Navy Gift Bag, LPI Navy Adidas Hat, and LPI Adidas Quarter-Zip: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping are available. **Overnight shipping orders placed by 11:30 am CST on business days will be processed/shipped on the same day. Overnight shipping is not available for orders placed on Fridays.
When shipping to destinations outside of the continental U.S., you will be contacted by Luxury Portfolio to arrange payment for additional shipping charges after submitting your order.
While we do the very best we can to deliver your order to you on time, unfortunately there are still things we can't control like extreme weather or UPS or FedEx mechanical delays.
